How it works
- Text us the make and model of the equipment and what it's doing. Photos of the part, the data plate, or the error code help a lot.
- You get one automatic reply that confirms we received your message.
- A Liftworx Labs technician reads your message and replies in the same conversation, usually with follow-up questions to narrow it down.
What to expect
- We only reply to you. You receive messages from us only after you text us first, or in reply to a conversation you started. We never send marketing or promotional texts.
